Hey all,  I’m Dave Wrede, Technical Content Lead for Pulumi, and I wanted to let you know that we just made a major refactoring change to the Programming Model topic in the docs (https://github.com/pulumi/docs/pull/4707).  We’ve heard feedback that it was difficult to find specific content within this topic, so we’ve taken what was in the Programming Model topic and refactored the content into separate conceptual topics under the Architecture and Concepts section. If you have bookmarked any anchor links with the old Programming Model topic, they should redirect cleanly to the new locations, but please post a comment in #docs if you run into any issues. General feedback on this change (or anything related to the docs) is also welcome. Thanks!

Hello @limited-planet-95090, great improvements! Already before the update I was missing an easy description of the underlying resource graph model. Now even the term seems to be removed from the documentation completely. The only left resources I found were in the Go documentation (for the actual resource graph implementation) and in the CLI’s stack graph export manual. I am aware that approaching Pulumi by trying to get a clear picture of its underlying model is less pragmatic and perhaps a bit theoretical, but at least me it helps to understand better what is going on. I believe it would also for other people be beneficial to have that somewhere clearly, simply documented.

@steep-sundown-32599 Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I think we can do a better job here showing and talking through the resource graph. Would you mind opening up an issue in https://github.com/pulumi/docs/issues on what you’d like to see added to the docs? (A summary of your response ☝️ is fine.)
