I would like to contribute better Yarn v2 support. This is related to https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/3586 Who at Pulumi will be my point of contact to discuss a solution? Would like to do pair design first before I go off coding.

Yes, my suggestion would be to have a short call on a moment which suits you and we can go through the problem statement and my proposal to fix this. Would very much like to get this in 2.0 still.
