Hacktoberfest is ongoing! This is that time of the year when people like myself stop procrastinating and make a PR that they had in mind for long time. It's opt-in, so the repo needs to have a special tag as per https://hacktoberfest.com/participation/#pr-mr-details Or every PR needs to be marked as accepted. Would be nice to have that tag for some if not many Pulumi repos! Everything counts, including documentation contributions! Some orgs in the past made their own commitment and were giving away t-shirts for N PRs made to their repos (like this).

We've decided against adding the hacktoberfest topic to our repos, but we are happy to add the hacktoberfest-accepted label to any accepted PRs that request it. We've already got one: https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues?q=label%3Ahacktoberfest-accepted+is%3Aclosed
