Would'nt it be great if we could use Plumi to deploy inrastructure using drag and drop canvas. I am working on building a platform for the same.

1 vote for "please no". canvases are not `vim` compatible.

I often have shell only - all my work is on servers behind zero trust networks. they're headless. w/ shell for my code I can do anything I need regardless what's under my fingers - including a phone or tablet with ssh.

This is subjective and YMMV, but I feel UI could be a useful tool, especially to understand what you are trying to acheive at a glance. But deployment would need sufficient checks and balances in place to ensure things don't go wrong, or if it does go wrong have an easy way to recover.
