A TypeScript DSL for handling AWS IAM Policy documents programmatically instead
of using JSON strings.

This release adds support for validating actions against a list of valid AWS service actions saving us from those pesky typos.
The following AWS services are now supported: `iam`, `kms`, `ec2`, `lambda`, `ecs`, `ecr`, `logs`, `s3`, `rds`
