Hi all, has anyone had any luck registering ARM resource providers using Pulumi? The API is published (e.g. <https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/resources/providers/register|here>), but I haven't been able to find the corresponding resource(s) in the azure-native SDK
