Are there any guides for migrating from self-hosted Pulumi to Pulumi cloud?

There is a <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/iac/concepts/state-and-backends/#migrating-between-state-backends|section in the docs> and a <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/support/pulumi-cloud-faq/#how-to-migrate-from-a-diy-backend-to-the-pulumi-cloud|FAQ> - as the docs say though, if you have questions or concerns please ask!
