Pulumiverse is a lightly-managed community repository. Not sure if they publish to the main registry. Their GitHub has everything that's been open sourced to them:

However I don't think too many of those packages are opinionated, they're normal packages providing access to APIs that aren't handled within <http://pulumi.com/registry|pulumi.com/registry>, mostly.

With Pulumi Any Terraform Provider (<https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/terraform-provider/>) you can take advantage of anything on the Terraform registry, that should open a lot more options.
