A while back I wrote a report on my team's trial of the Pulumi Kubernetes Operator. I wanted to give a quick update for anyone who was considering it and may have had their opinion swayed by the writeup described here: the controller lease timeout changes in current versions of the operator seems like it's eliminated or at least massively reduced the flakiness we experienced. Thanks to the Pulumi team for taking that feedback on board, it's significantly improved our deployment.
