Hi, I have question regarding StackReference. Does it have `4dabf18193072939515e22adb298388d` : `1b47061264138c4ac30d75fd1eb44270`  set for secrets? I'm asking because I've vibe coded implementation that does not handle secrets inside the StackReference, but test passed anyway. I'm assuming the values have the SigKey set and the `secretOutputNames`  that other implementations are using is not needed?
