Hi @lemon-scooter-94063 👋 suddenly I can't see our stacks in the dashboard, they seem accessible from the CLI but not the dashboard
l
Hey @green-rocket-42896 it might be the case that the UI is showing your individual account as opposed to the organization that you're working in. Could you validate that is not the case?
In the UI, you will see a drop down on the top of the left hand side navigation list that you can use to switch between the two organizations
g
hi @lemon-scooter-94063, thank you for responding! both personal and org accounts are empty. I noticed that the org id is different between what I see in the CLI and the dashboard, our cli org name is epiminds_org and our dashboard one is just epiminds. I don't know when that drifted or why.
l
No worries, are you able to locate your stacks in the epiminds_org dashboard view?
g
I don't see epiminds_org in our dashboard at all
l
It looks like there is an organization with that name that has 3 stacks and project. Its on the Team Growth self-service plan subscription and likely under a different login. It seems like that is where you have been putting all your work.
You can use the CLI to extract the state and push it to the new organization if that is what you would like but the epiminds_org is a paid org so just wanted you to be aware of that
g
hmmmm, but I am using the same email address and always logged in using Google. I haven't created username/pass. Would it be possible to invite my email to epiminds_org from the CLI or on your side, I would rather keep the paid org instead of moving state around
l
Try to login using a browser at app.pulumi.com/epiminds_org. You can go through a password reset flow to regain access if you are the owner
