Hi all, I see an interesting Github Issue that I will also run into very soon. Any chance we can get a look at <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/23896|this>? It's regarding the fact that Pulumi seems to treat a packaged `ComponentResource` different from a local one. Creating a provider inside the component constructor succeeds in a local component but fails when packaging it, this means you can't create reusable packages with a `provider` in it.
