I'm not sure what MS is up to, but they made a backend change such that a kusto.cluster's trustedExternalTenants array comes back in a random order. We're seeing perpetual drift on most of our clusters.

I'm going to try and write a transform to read the cluster and conditionally add ignoreChanges, I'll report back here if it works

All indicators point to it working, but the shape of our codebase is such that we get a `ResourceGroup` instead of a `resourceGroupName: string`, and `props` are not resolved in the transform - it will take us some refactoring to get it working. But it's possible!

(for now we're just going to ignoreChanges, since the field in question changes infrequently enough)
