Where are you getting that link from? It doesn't look like there should be a serviceaccount page there. The resources for apiregistration are just APIService and APIServiceList.

I was indeed looking for the `ServiceAccount` (which does work). But when you use the search function you get this

I tried the `ServiceAccount` under apiregistration
