Having come from Terraform I absolutely love Pulumi, breath of fresh air. I have a project that references the output of another project using StackReference, however when the output changes and I update the dependent project - the changes arent taken into account. Am I missing a command or the purpose/intent?

No, it does work. Are you using the Pulumi app for storing your stacks? How are you using the value? Are you able to post some source code from both projects?

My bad, I went to get an example and realised I'd refactored to use a spreadsheet to store some metadata. Thanks for being my rubber duck.
