When it happens twice, you realize that it is something wrong between the keyboard and chair. #PEBKAC Leaving this in case someone has the same problem.. I have been giving the input `resource_group`instead of

resource_group.name

This saved me some time as I was passing an id instead of a name with a vnet peering. Thanks for posting an update.
