this shouldn't happen, can you share how these files get created? how are you running pulumi?

They get created when I ran a `pulumi up` after adding the datadog provider and datadog.aws.Integration resource. I _did_ have TF_LOG set for some debugging but can't imagine that would've affected anything.

I will check next time I run though as honestly it may be some bad state of mine elsewhere

the `TF_LOG` setting seems likely to have caused it
