It looks like perhaps you're running into a situation where the stack was deployed with a downgraded plugin somewhere on another system, and now it's failing to load the plugin cache. That's my first impression, at any rate. Let me know if that doesn't work and we'll debug further

Hi, I’m still not sure how to fix this - I tried changing the plugin version to v4.23.0 and it works but if I used a higher version it doesn’t. But I’m not sure why it’s asking for this specific version? I’m using Automation API so this stack is being created new.

How can I change the required plugin version?
