Is anyone else having issues with Stack References timing out right now?

~30 minutes with this comment in the middle of that time period.  The issue resolved itself without my interaction as far as I'm aware.

It seems as though I'm experiencing this again

Just hanging at `running...  read pulumi:pulumi:StackReference`

Doesn't look like I can refresh state currently either.

If you DM me some details on the stack (org, username, project, stackname) I can take a look at our logs.
