I previously use login --local. Now I want to switch to using Pulumi cloud. How can I do that?

I tried `pulumi login <https://app.pulumi.com>`

just `pulumi login` should log you into the service managed backend

I did that, and it says this
`Logged in to Khas-MBP.elisakoti as kha (file://~)`
