Does anyone co-mingle pulumi code within other python project folders? Especially working within monorepos. Looking for some best practices how to structure folders

I don't have a specific best practice for you, but I like to have an infra directory that holds my infra code. As an example: https://github.com/nimbinatus/stand-back-talk That's my personal preference, but I'm also rarely in a monorepo these days.
