Pulumi Community

I just upgraded to pulumi 3.32.0 and now pulumi is not honouring my `PULUMI_CONFIG_PASSPHRASE_FILE` environment variable. If I load the value into `PULUMI_CONFIG_PASSPHRASE` then it works, but I'd prefer not to do that. Anyone else noticed similar?

I think we will be doing a 3.32.1 point release today/early tomorrow so this will get fixed soon.
