Well that looks more clear error message than in general. You have wrong api version configured

For the azure-native Workbook resource type

yes, I can see that. But there are no way to add another API version in Azure Portal. Also did the same via Azure
Powershell, but nothing seems to happen:
PS /Users/nicolaimagnussen&gt; Register-AzResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace Microsoft.OperationalInsights -ApiVersion 2015-05-01

*ProviderNamespace :* Microsoft.OperationalInsights
*RegistrationState :* Registered
*ResourceTypes   :* {workspaces, querypacks, locations, locations/operationStatuses…}
*Locations     :* {East US, West Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia Southeast…}

Don’t think thats the issue, I think you need to pass an api version in the request
