Maybe it's a new AZ? I can see it in the UI too, but not in any AWS docs.

I can't find a press release about it. I have found a reddit saying people have seen it in the UI since 2018. And it is appearing in `aws ec2 describe-availability-zones` and in the EC2 dashboard service health pane. Looks like it's real!
