I've got a notification that a new version of pulumi is available:
A new version of Pulumi is available. To upgrade from version '3.49.0' to '3.50.0'
but then in chocolatey doesn't seem to find it Maybe it wasn't added to repo?

It will probably solve itself with time. Maybe the caching mechanism in Chocolatey takes time to refresh?

@strong-match-67698 the chocolatey package isnโ€™t built by us (Pulumi) but by a 3rd party. Our binary calls home to find out about newer releases, but not to the package manager which installed it. If this message annoys you, you can set the
PULUMI_SKIP_UPDATE_CHECK
env variable to suppress it. Docs on env variables: https://www.pulumi.com/docs/reference/cli/environment-variables/ Context: https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/5576

@limited-rainbow-51650 the chocolatey package is here https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-chocolatey
it just takes time to go through their system when the publish was made
