More likely to get feedback if you give any evidence you've searched yourself and at what point you got stuck. Not very familiar with EMR but my 10 seconds of searching got me here

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I'm able to create the EMR virtual cluster, what I'm unable to do is that step of
create-managed-enpoint
