Did you figure this one out? We're having the same issue.

I can't quite remember but I think it may have had to do with the storage account being private and not accessible from the machine I was running on?

That's what I was seeing and went down that road. I literally just got it working and it was an async issue. Running an apply first, and the BSP got created. The AI produces some wild stuff sometimes, thanks for the reply!
