Hey gusy, anybody knows why I am getting this error when trying to access a stack configs?
```error: unable to check if bucket <s3://tom-pulumi-state> is accessible: blob (code=Unknown): AccessDenied: Access Denied```
while running this command
```pulumi config get foo:bar --config-file Pulumi.dave-test.yaml```
I don’t expect pulumi to look at files on remote backend though
