Is it fair to say that the `kubernetesx`<https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetesx| package> is DOA at this point? It looks like it hasn't gotten any updates in almost 2 years, despite being referenced from <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/guides/crosswalk/kubernetes/#making-kubernetes-accessible-to-everyone|the Crosswalk docs>
