Hi there, I'm just clearing up some stacks in pulumi, but I'm not allowed to rm them "You do not have permission to perform this operation.". How can I see who has created the stack? how can I remove a stack not created by anyone still in the team?

You can use the Pulumi service. Log in as an admin and you'll be able to add new owners. It is a known issue that when a stack is created, only the creator has write permissions. Which means if you want a team to be able to administer them (which is definitely better than having only an individual able to administer them) you need to go to the app each time, and update it.
