I'm getting an issue with Pulumi where it's trying to change the names of all my resources. The provider is not being replaced. Do we know how Pulumi generates the IDs on the names? What is the seed for it? Thank you

I am seeing something similar here, not sure if its a bug...

After a refresh on the elements, even without any changes, it stops messing with the names for me. I am guessing it's something to do with the state file.
