Hello,

I tried to update Pulumi and I am running into issues. I got prompted to update Pulumi, so I ran `choco upgrade pulumi`   and
then when I run `pulumi version`  it tells me it is an old version. Below are screenshots of the error and version.  Any idea why this would be happening? I cleaned Choco  with Choco-Cleaner

Hey <@U02J3T6A8LB> I was able to resolve this by downloading the msi. Seems Choco is behind.
