Hello Team:wave: I am trying to deploy AWS EC2 instance using Pulumi via Octopus Deploy but I am getting below error:
_error retrieving AWS account details: AWS account ID not previously found and failed retrieving via all available methods_

i don't know octopus deploy but it seems it's a configuration problem on the platform :thinking_face:
have you tried creating an instance without pulumi ? did you setup octopus platform with your aws credentials ?
