09/04/2023, 2:01 PMRegarding "Does Pulumi use Terraform?" and the recently changed Terms Of Service on the Terraform Registry, is Pulumi forced to switch to the OpenTF registry (if and when this is set up)?
Strictly speaking you cannot even pull the providers and push it to another registry, you'd have to find the provider (most on GitHub) and publish these in another registry.

Pulumi doesn’t leverage the Terraform registry in any way.
We only leverage the Terraform schema directly from the provider repos/github
