Curious about what people here think about .NET Apire and how could Pulumi work with the manifest file to provision the needed infrastructure

If provisioners can be swapped out I’d think it would be pretty straight forward.

I guess a CLI or some tool would be needed to generate a pulumi program from the generated manifest file describing the application. Azure Developer CLI could probably do that but that would be for Azure only and Pulumi is not yet supported in AZD (only in the "roadmap").
