Is anyone using Pulumi to manage SSM Documents? I've just noticed that all updates since last October are doing nothing. I have 47 versions of one deocument, and the last update to AWS was months ago, despite several changes to the code. When I run `pulumi up` it detects changes, and `up` succeeds, but there's no new version, and the changes aren't there.

It's a command Document, schema version 2.2.
