Hi. Usual case. Pulumi "hangs" during update (k8s deployment can not pull an image). I do `pulumi cancel`. When I run again new deployment is created and the old "failed" is staying. Can it be cleaned up without user's manual intervention?

Not sure whether this is related, but I am also seeing pulumi hanging. In my case, it's hanging on `pulumi down --yes`

Also seeing random `pulumi up` hanging on the latest 1.115.1
