:mega: *Retirement of pulumi-hugo GitHub repo on 5/16/2024*

We will be retiring the `pulumi-hugo` GitHub repository as part of an effort to better serve those in our community who contribute content to our website and docs. All content in the `pulumi-hugo` repository will be moved to the `docs` repository. Once this is complete, the `pulumi-hugo` repo will be archived and all contributions will need to be made to the `docs` repo. This will help make it more clear how and where best to contribute for the members in our community as there will now only be one repository, `docs`. The `pulumi-hugo` repo retirement is set to take place on *Thursday, May 16*. Until then, you can continue contributing to `pulumi-hugo`. We will post more updates here as the date nears.
