Having a lot of issues with pulumi just freezing up and have to ctrl-c and retry. Just sits here with a blank status

Going to leave it alone for now to see if it eventually returns.

left it 20 mins and nothing. ctrl-c and restart (after running pulumi cancel) and now it's running again
