The `aws.codebuild.Webhook` resource in the AWS Classic provider is missing a configuration option (it's not a popular service, so I'm not too surprised). Is there a way to inject that additional config option in, short of creating a dynamic resource provider and re-implementing the entire resource?

Unfortunately aws-native doesn't even support codebuild, so no dice there

What is the missing option?  Suggest opening an issue in <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/issues|https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/issues> to track the request!
