I'm struggling to get stack references without using pulumi cloud(I'm using local pulumi with a gcp backend)... the organization is seemingly only set by pulumi cloud. Is there a way to load a stack output without using pulumi cloud?

okay, seems "organization" as a raw string is enough for local access using current bucket:)
