Hi everyone, we have been on a free trial until recently and are wondering about some of the differences between the current backend options. If switching to the team option, would we be able to continue using the organization we had created beforehand, or is that only possible on the Enterprise plan? We were also looking at hosting our own state, and were wondering how does concurrent access work for an S3-hosted state for example. Is my assumption right that when switching to non pulumi cloud backend, it is free (besides the charge for using AWS)?

I'm using the S3 backend option and it is totally free and functional aside from the S3 costs like you mentioned.

You should be able to use the same org, but if not, transferring stacks between orgs is not too bad. My vague understanding is that S3 does have good-enough concurrency checks, but they are stronger in Pulumi Cloud. (I swear I'm not trying to FUD you into buying the product!)
