I wonder if I can create a function with empty code...
I want pulumi to manage the function but not to deploy.

What should I put in `source` <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/reference/pkg/gcp/cloudfunctions/function/|arg>

EDIT: or maybe it's better to use `get_function()` instead ?!?!?
EDIT2: but it would be nice that I can deploy blank function
