sorry for light on details azure and python

i just did a plugin install resource azure 3.9.0 from another thread and still getting the same message

Did you get a chance to see <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/get-started/azure/create-project/#create-a-new-project|this>?
`pulumi new azure-python -y`   That should install all the plugins that you need.

uninstalled again, removed the environment variables and reinstalled and i'm successful now.  thanks
