I wiped out the json under ` ~/.pulumi/workspaces` and the project is still saying it exists.  It does not appear in the UI on <http://app.pulumi.com|app.pulumi.com>

`Sorry, 'propel-api' is not a valid project name. A project with this name already exists.`

Are you sure that it does not exist on <http://app.pulumi.com|app.pulumi.com>? The couple times I've hit this is because the project still exists in the Pulumi Console.

if you `pulumi stack ls -a` do you see it?

Figured it out, it was "hidden" as I didn't realize the UI had a selection for organizations on the main app page

glad it was something silly and user error

we are working to make that selector less hidden soon, sorry you ran into trouble!
