I know there's an issue with PyCharm _v 2021.1 and constructor documentation_ <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-48188> - but i don't believe it's related to issues. It think this is related to your issue - <https://pulumi-community.slack.com/archives/C01PF3E1B8V/p1625787014402000>

Changing the default stack import statements to something like this did the trick for me. i.e. auto complete and documentation started working.
