Probably related. It's on an organisation page on Pulumi Cloud, which I assume fetches information from GitHub

That's the issue. GitHub currently says
A fix has been deployed to address exceptions. We're continuing to monitor as the site recovers.We will monitor the situation closely and hopefully it passes shortly. We have begun to add caches to avoid depending on GitHub, and the only place we still do is organizations, but we'll be fixing that this sprint (within 3 weeks). Again, sorry for the disruption, hopefully this one is short-lived.
