There's not yet a direct Ansible integration.  You can use `userData` for `cloud-init` integration on EC2, though you can't currently ask to wait for "completion" of the cloud-init in a first class way. We have a lot of work planned to add deeper support for "provisioners".  See <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/1691> for one of the pieces of this we're tracking.
