Does the `eks` package have option to enable
```API server endpoint access Private access```?

It was added recently - should be available in latest versions: <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-eks/pull/154>

From the CHANGELOG, it appears it has not yet been released.  You can use `: "dev"` in package.json to test out the latest in the meantime.  I expect a new release will be made soon.
