having issues with `pulumi refresh` suddenly hanging, nothing has changed
and `pulumi preview` hanging when run in an Azure DevOps agent, also worked earlier today with no change

if you’re using node, it could be because you’re on node 12 with a slightly old version of the libraries

but that’s just a shot in the dark from me :slightly_smiling_face:

well it magically started working again, again with no change in the build VM or the code
